Long - telephone interview, then psychometric tests two weeks later, then online staff engagement panel a week after that, then online interview week after that. The staff engagement panel was really unclear as to what to expect, how to prepare, what it was designed to accomplish. That was the most challenging aspect. The interview questions were shared in advance 24 hrs before the interview - that was really helpful. It would have been good to know that ahead of time as I had already put in extensive prep by this point.
