Phone screen with recruiter for about 30 minutes. Then meeting with hiring manager which was weeks later. Final round with a panel interview of employees and other team members. Took almost 2 months.

I met with key members of the People team and business. The process was very efficient. The communication was great throughout and I was given feedback after each stage. I felt fully prepared for the meetings and couldn't fault the process.

Interview
Poor communication. In the 3rd round of interviews and told I was moving forward and then heard nothing even after reaching out to the recruiter directly. They sent a follow , after not communicating in any way with me, 3 months after my interviews, and the survey link does not work either. They were really unclear on the level of the role and which client group it would support and even who the the hiring manager would end up being.
