I had a great interview process at MongoDB, it started with a recruiter screening where I received more info about the role, the recruiter also asked some questions about my previous experience. Then moved into the next stage on an interview with the Hiring Manager, a mix of behavioural and past experience questions. After that stage, I interviewed with a peer who asked some behavioural questions and past experience questions. Got feedback from both the manager and the peer. My recruiter was very helpful and I received prompt feedback after each interview stage. Although an offer was not made, I enjoyed my application process with them.
