I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at MongoDB (New York, NY) in Jul 2021
Interview
All process took 2 months.
From the first HR call I understood how cool the company is.
They are professionals who looking for professionals.
I passed 7 interviews - 4 techincal and 3 non-technical.
It was challenging, but interesting.
They understood I came with no previous knowledge of Cloud or Data bases, but still gave me a chance to show myself.
I didn't get a job offer, as someone with better technical skills was chosen.
I am definitely interested to learn more and try my luck again in the future.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MongoDB in Feb 2024
Interview
The interview process involves an initial phone interview with a recruiter, followed by an interview with a current colleague. Subsequently, there are two technical interviews with senior team members. The technical exploration was enjoyable. However, during the fourth interview, the interviewer primarily focused on drilling into my networking skills and did not explore my other competencies. Unfortunately, the outcome was a rejection based on perceived shortcomings in networking skills. It appears that the emphasis for this particular role was on hiring a networking expert, and the cloud and database knowledge did not hold relevance in the interview process.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MongoDB (Gurgaon, Haryana)
Interview
Interview Process was good and very interactive and I would say it was kind of interaction with key people of the team, overall I enjoyed the process, I would say this is the best organisation I have ever worked in past.
