1. Recruiter call (30 mins or so) - with basic questions about yourself, why MONGODB, what you did at your previous job, what you're looking for now, why tech sales 2. Test (behavioral & a sat portion) - this took over an hour for me. First part was a personality test about you (149 questions). Second part was a math part with fractions, equations, word problems, sat words. I didn't get past this stage but from what I got from the recruiter was 3. 1 hour panel with two managers 4. 3 role plays The recruiter gave feedback during the first interview and was very helpful. The email I got after the test was a rejection and he said he couldn't give any feedback though. That was basically a waste of my time.
