Recruiter > Hiring Mgr (HM) > Exec > Peer Mgr > Panel
Every stage is pretty easy till the final panel round. It wasn't hard per se but more like labour intensive and as such time demanding which is difficult to cater to given our busy schedules.
Also, some areas to improve would be for more effective and prompt responses from recruiter (instead of needing multiple follow ups before they reply). And also I'm not the only one who felt that the Exec Leader interviwer was somewhat rude
