Group Assessment and then a 1 hour task sent to my email. There was another part if you passed these parts.
Group Assessment we were sat in a room with the other candidates and then the stakeholders we would be working with. We were first asked to introduce ourselves with a fun fact and why we want the role.
We were then introduced to the role a little more and given a bit of Q&A with the girls that worked there. After this we were put in to groups and were given a group task. This task was to work as a team and rearrange an office. We were given a fake situation etc. This was for about 30 mins.
We were then put back in to the larger group and had more Q&A.
We were told that afternoon whether or not we had passed.
If we had passed we were sent a task to complete within an hour and send back. I didn't find the task that clear and it was hard to answer the questions without being in the situation. I tied my best, however I unfortunately didn't pass this round.
I actually found the interview process not too bad, it was straight forward and the communication of what we had to do was clear. What I found bad, was the feedback that was given to me. Very negative towards me, said there were some positives, however failed to list what any of these were and instead went in to great detail regarding my negatives.
