Took me 5 rounds and an assignment, the process was 2 months long only to be ghosted by the hr. If you're trying to interview, don't. You will often see their postings in your inbox, but don't fall for the words. They almost never hire anyone.

Con i primi due panoramica su portfolio ed esperienze maturate, oltre a comunicare che si sarebbe trattato di far crescere delle figure junior. Nell'ultima fase domande sulla resistenza del carico e disponibilità a lavorare nei weekend. Poi c'è stato un blocco del budget. Poi il silenzio. Infine quando ho ricontattato il CD per avere aggiornamenti sulla candidatura, mi ha detto che per il momento si era fermato il processo di selezione.
