      Business Development Representative (BDR) Interview

      14 May 2024
      Anonymous employee
      Charlotte, NC
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Monks (Charlotte, NC) in Apr 2024

      Interview

Very informative learning more about theorem(now formula monks), more of a conversation and not too difficult. Took 3 rounds, and the recruiter did a great job of making sure the process moved along smoothly. It was clear that they were looking for someone who was the right fit for the team. Hired based off of personality and skillset, not how much I knew about tech.
