It took almost 6 months for a callback from the initial interview. From the HR -> Manager -> Department Lead -> Manager. Process was smooth after, with a test to evaluate the understanding of the job required.

Easy process, needs depts in qa process and advertising knowledge, past experience and knowledge, college project and curriculum, hobbies and creative interests, timing issues, work life balance, office scenarios and solutions

Interview
An online assignment was sent to my mail and after completing it, I was invited for the first online interview. There were no recruiters involved, just the manager. The whole process went fast, the first interview felt quite good and the manager was very friendly. The second interview though, with the manager and two people from the team, was pretty strange, I got asked the same exact questions from the first round and the two people did not seem really excited to get to know me, it felt more like they did not have time for me and overall it was not an interesting conversation
