I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Monolith (Hallam, NE) in Aug 2023
Interview
First call is through a recruiter, and was able to schedule the next interview pretty quickly. After my second interview, I never heard back. I sent 3 follow up emails only to have responses that said how great I was and how much they liked me but they’re so busy and will get back to me in a few days. I never heard back, and was very disappointed in the lack of organization.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Monolith
Interview
Very controlled format. Interviewers wanted to describe their background and not want to hear much from me to start. The rest of the interview was being grilled about the job description and how I would start the position successfully. They did not bring disciple specific support. They asked if I was still interested towards the end. As I was trying to politely turn it down based on the negative experience on the call.. I was cut off to be given "feedback" and they suggested I try again another time. My overall impression of what they were looking for is someone to come solve all of their problems without any resources to draw on.

It was mostly about walking through the process of the projects they like or you like. You could ask them any questions you have. They would walk you through the role and expectations as well.
