I applied in-person. I interviewed at Montage Health (Monterey, CA) in Oct 2023
Interview
Most of the questions were pretty basic and common interview questions that you can easily research online. I didn't find them particularly challenging. They mainly focused on your experience, teamwork, communication skills, handling difficult situations, and why you're interested in the position. As long as you're familiar with your own background and can provide real examples from your nursing experience, you should do well. The key is to answer confidently and be yourself rather than trying to memorize responses.

Question 1
Tell me something about yourself ?
Why should we hire you?
Easy and fast nice interviewer. Parking is always annoying there but that doesn’t really matter. Called in only a couple days after submitting application and ended up not accepting a job.
followed top down approach i.e. first director and then potentially with the technical team if director like the candidate as opposed to bottom up approach which refines the candidates from technical perspective
