I applied online, and was then sent an invitation to complete an interview online. It is like a Skype interview but only with yourself. Start with digital interview, followed by HR and manager interview. Last step is a panel, which is basically a group interview with the executives. Although intimidating, it is not more than 10 minutes.
Detailed and great and thorough through the process really felt like they Listened and understood my position and I felt like I was heard throughout. Great employer and takes employees satisfaction seriously
You have an initial phone interview and if that goes well they offer you an opportunity to go in front of a board in your second interview. It was a little intimidating at first but that make it a comfortable environment.
