The process was smooth and well organised, the friendly attitude and constructive discussion about the candidate's experience and the upcoming role made me feel comfortable.

Manager never showed up, Hired after one interview. Wasn't ready with laptop and tools on day one or weeks after. No formal training or documentation. Disorganized, unprofessional, burnout, lack of accountability, understaffed.
