Recruiter > hiring manager panel. I was asked some questions about my design approach and workflow. Also, asked questions I would consider culturally contributions and seeing how I might fit in. Descriptions of the challenges and benefits of working government contract work was a major discussion point. I was allowed to ask questions about the company and projects.

Questions I was asked to determine my attitude toward others, such as, Talk about a time when you apologized to someone at work. I described what my favorite project was like, and then my least favorite. Review of a portfolio piece and what were the outcomes.
