I signed up for the interview through the career services website/ OCI program. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. There were 5 people on the panel, all men. They asked a lot of questions to try to gauge interest in criminal law/ prosecution generally and seemed satisfied when I told them I had taken both criminal procedure classes and a substantive criminal elective plus done an externship with another district attorney. They also wanted to know why I wanted to go to Montgomery, which was a more difficult question to answer. From comparing experiences with friends, it seems as though they used more intimidation tactics with male interviewees than female.
