I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Montrose Auto Group (Fairlawn, OH) in Mar 2017
Interview
Three different managers talk to you individually. One is arrogant, one is uneducated and the other was a nice guy but a fast talker. Each tell you that you can make a bunch of money. It is very similar to a door to door salesperson interview. " The sky is the limit" " You get what you put it"
A bunch of money and reality are very different things.
Reality is $30-$40k and 65 hour work weeks
It works out to about $11.50 an hour
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Montrose Auto Group (Hermitage, PA)
Interview
Why even bother to set the interview. I drove a long distance to keep our appointed time. The manager was no where to be found supposedly. After they "looked" for him for about half an hour I was told he wasn't there and that he would "catch up with me later". I happened to look over my shoulder as I was leaving and saw him come out of the back office. Well the coward won't return my calls or texts. If I was the owner I would be embarrassed to have this guy represent me.

Interview
When showing up for interview was informed interviewer was no longer with company. (Should have been a sign) New interviewer isn’t either and neither am I. 3 General managers in 3 months 5 in one year. Proceed with extreme caution.
