I applied through Indeed and then directly to the Moog Site. (Twice the chance of being noticed!) I had a phone interview with a Recruiting Agent, which was followed by a scheduled -on site interview. The interview was an hour or so long. I met with the two shift managers and the went over their expectations. There was a quiz to test your basic knowledge. This did not entail anything that was not listed- on the job description and /or the qualifications needed. I had a soldering "test " of sorts, this varies on job applying for and what your position will entail. They gave me a short, restricted, tour of the general area. When I left the interview, I had a very good grasp of their expectations and how Moog as a company and their culture worked. Overall, interviewing for a company of this caliber the whole process was pretty standard and thorough. My expectations of the "difficulty' of the process was far less than the reality.
