Interview
Interview is very straightforward. Interviewer goes through previous experience, asking about tasks performed at previous companies. Then they usually ask about expectations, explain future duties and responsibilities. I was very happy after interview because it was very professional, but managed in a relaxed tone and more as a discussion.
