Interview
Interviewed with the department chair who seemed genuinely interested in identify the right candidate for the job. The chair answered all questions and even recommended others to talk to for more information. After the initial interview, I interviewed with the divisional dean, who was equally, if not more, thoughtful and engaging than the department chair.
