Thank you for your feedback this is very helpful for training, The initial call is just to check the basic details of the application and find out what role you have applied for, your travel distance and ensure that your contact details are correct. As long as the basic details like travel distance, driving licence or other necessary requirements are met you would have been asked to complete a video interview as the next stage of the application. If you did not meet the minimum requirements or failed to complete the video interview then the application would have been unsuccessful at this time. The role requirements are all listed in the job specifications and these are usually the easiest way to see if you meet all of the requirements for the role. The one2one interviews are actually around 4-5mins and the managers speaking to you at the front would have been available all night from the moment you arrived. The order of interviews is in order of arrival so if you arrived late you would have been seen later and you are free to go at any point in the evening although we do make ourselves available to speak with you until the late hours as we value your time and appreciate that you have made the effort to come down and see us. Sorry that it didn’t work out for you this time, but we wish you all the best in your future job search.
