They had me fill out application in addition to resume. Then met with Manager who was very nice and respectful. It was the most pleasant restaurant interview yet. My advice is to wear a suit. Its over kill but I got the offer. Although I applied for a runner job, I told them that I want to move up. They seemed to like that answer
