      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience

      Application

      I interviewed at Morningstar

      Interview

Process was conducted in Vashi office (Navi Mumbai) in the form of a massive walk-in drive. There were more than 300 applicants for 20 positions. A large percentage of candidates were filtered out after the aptitude test (which consisted of comprehension questions, grammar and basic reasoning). There were three rounds of interview conducted by the Team Lead, Manager and Director. Interviews were quite cordial. First two rounds were a mix of HR and technical questions. Director's round was almost purely technical. A lot of questions were based on CFA curriculum, as I mentioned my candidacy on the resume. Due to the large number of candidates, the process took nearly 5 hours. Offer was made 4 days post interview.
