Applied online. Then a recording interview with three questions. Got contacted by an HR who misunderstood my major. After one week of communication through email, I was moved forward to the 2nd round. Got reschedule once. Then the zoom interview with a professional from the company. I was told I should be able to hear back from the company in a week. The HR and professional I spoke to were very friendly and respond quickly if you have any questions before the interview. However, after the interview, you will not be able to reach any of them anymore. I follow-up with the professional and HR three times and no one ever replied and notified me about their decision over a month. I do not know any update from Morningstar until I log in their website and notice my application status is no longer in consideration. It would be nice to notify or reply to your interviewee instead of ignoring them.
