Recruited, straight to hiring manager, 3+ weeks pass, the get asked to do a two and a half hour interview with three diff rounds. Never heard back - quite consistent with other feedback regarding ghosting. Not even a thank you for my time (at this point I gave close to 4 hrs in total).
