Morningstar is a fantastic company with very friendly employees. The office is well organized and down to earth. They pride themselves on having an office building without offices (only cubicles). The company is also proud of every employee's close contact with the CEO, he walks the office like an ordinary employee. I saw him as I was leaving the office after my interview.
