Referred by a current employee, applied, telephone interview with HR 8/16/2021, only questions were concerning any Non-Compete clauses I may have. Referred to Hiring Manager, after 2 months and repeated calls to HR where they responded they would follow up with Hiring Manager, no movement

Phone screen asked difference between an interface and abstract class. On site interview, code at a whiteboard: - Is a number a palindrome? - Return all the perfect squares in a given range.

Initial phone screen with recruiter, then phone interview with hiring manager. The recruiter and manager were nice enough, but it became clear during the interview that they use very outdated technology. They use Microsoft Silverlight instead of JavaScript. Just a reminder that Silverlight is only supported by Internet Explorer, not any other browsers. This tells you that innovation is not a priority for them. If you are an expert in Silverlight, you would be a great fit at MC. Otherwise, steer clear (it will be a career killer).

Got referred. A recruiter contacted me after 2 weeks. The only question he asks me is do I require sponsorship since I'm an international student. Told him do not require sponsorship for 3 years, but the recruiter did not even have the decency to contact me after that. Never expected to get treated this way after working for 3 years in Accenture before. Don't bother to apply here if you do not hold a green card or if you are not a US citizen.
- Do I require sponsorship for work in US?

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Denver, CO
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Mortgage Cadence (Denver, CO) in Jul 2017
Had a phone call initially with an in-house recruiter, then a phone technical interview with a software development manager. Eventually got an in person interview, and then after that no communication whatsoever either to move forward or to let me know I wasn't a good fit, even when I tried to follow up by email, very disappointing.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Mortgage Cadence
Interview process took a total of 6 weeks. Five separate interviews had to be scheduled through a recruiter which was very challenging to take from my current position. Each team member was pleasant and several spoke as if confident I would receive an offer. After 6 weeks was told that the team chose not to move forward. When asked for an explanation the recruiter said she would forward my inquiry but I never heard back. While the team seemed great, overall it was very disappointing to have invested so much time, been led to believe I was moving forward and then not receive an explanation.
- How to bring several teams together to complete tasks.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mortgage Cadence in Apr 2016
Setting up the interview was very difficult. The recruiter would ask me for dates and times that I would be available for the next week, which I would provide very flexible times, only for her to come back and tell me none of those worked and to give her more. We finally had to go out 2 weeks and I had to miss a session of a conference in order to accommodate the hiring manager's schedule.
- There weren't many questions.

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Minneapolis, MN
I applied online. I interviewed at Mortgage Cadence (Minneapolis, MN) in Apr 2016
Emails back and forth with remote location, scheduling was not spot on. A couple phone interviews, advancing at each stage. The process stalled when one interviewer was a no call no show.
- Could you tell us about your experience?

Anonymous Employee in Denver, CO
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Mortgage Cadence (Denver, CO) in Jan 2016
Phone screen, then onsite. Whiteboard coding, some .NET trivia. Overall very casual but challenging. Met with a group of developers and senior manager of the team. All were friendly and highly technical. Offices were nice.
- Code a function to tell me if an integer is prime, then calculate the BigO of your solution.
