Very easy it's all about who you know. If you no somebody that is well like that the company you will have no problem getting a job. Most people who work there are people who know other employees or they are related to the boss

It was about 5 minutes quick and short meeting. They basically asked me the questions I noted below and then gave me my start date. I was given a few forms to sign and was on my way.
