Phone call and then online interview. I had a friend who referred me originally. We conducted question and answer online, it wasn't horrible but online interview was a little odd.

First it was on a computer, then it was in person. I was given questions to submit video answers too. After they reviewed the answers they then gave me a call back if I made it. I guess I did, so we had a phone call. After than we went and met in person at a best buy. I passed that too, because they said we were good to go and ordered by uniform.

After applying onine I received an email asking me to go to a website to record myself answering several questions. After submitting that I received a phone call asking me to meet for an in person interview at the store. In person interview was quick and 2 days later I got a call offering me the position.
