The interview process easy nothing out of the ordinary. I had an interview with a recruiter and the second interview were with two partners. The second interview was an hour long 30 minutes with each professionals.

Tell me a time you struggled and how you handled it. (School or work)
Easy, not very hard if you're just yourself. You should consider getting to know the partners beforehand. Just don't lie and make it obvious that you're bullshitting them. They can sense it like blood in the water.
