The interview was nice and professional, to the point, relevant experience questions. The feedbacks were always within a week, quick answers (1-2 day) range. Seems like it is a fast past place, which is expectable for the natura of the company.

My experience with Moss was rather disappointing. You are sent an assessment link without any conversation or engagement with a person. They send it via an automated email from the recruiter. After successfully completing the psychometric assessment, I automatically received an invitation to interview. I spoke with the recruiter about the role and my experience. I was given positive signals about next steps and arranging the next interview early the following week. However, I later received a generic email from the Moss Talent Aquisition Team, and not from the recruiter with whom all previous correspondance had been, stating that I wasn't selected for the next round. The process needs to be improved. If you know that the candidate doesn't have the right profile in the recruiter screen, just be transparent and let them know. It's also rather obvious that the emails are all automated and that there is no human touch to it.
