The manager is very confusing and doesn’t understand how to run a business or make any sense. Applied several times only for her to tell me that they are booked up, and then turns right around and makes posts saying she needs workers?
In person with the housekeeping manager, very straightforward, and I was offered the position on the spot after the interview. It took about a week after I applied to hear back from them, but I was able to schedule an interview fairly quickly.

Friendly atmosphere basic and to the point questions, shadowed senior employee to make sure I was comfortable with position. Took a chance on hiring me even though I had no actual prior housekeeping experience. Everyone from manager to otger employees made me feel relaxed and comfortable.
