I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Mothers Out Front
Interview
The interview process took 4 months with about 5 different interviews - the longest process of any job i've every interviewed for. Given the nature of the work and the level of pay, there's no reason why it has to be this thorough and drawn out, especially when all of the interviews were virtual and the questions were very repetitive. Did not bode well for the structure and workflow of the organization.

Interview
This interview process was long and difficult! There were 3 interviews (and I've heard of up to 4 or 5 happening) and they asked so many questions. Make sure you prepare for behavioral questions (what would you do if/explain a time you...) and know concrete examples of real life organizing in the area you are applying for.
