I applied online. I interviewed at Motion in Sept 2023
Interview
An initial screening call, call with my perspective manager, and then final in-person with meeting with 4 people. Everyone was so nice, friendly, and questions were relevant and fair. The process was not extensive and it was very intentional.

- what is your experience with traditional media like?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Motion (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2021
Interview
There was one individual interview and one group interview for a full-time position. Both interviews were pleasant and the questions were straightforward. It seemed like everything went well, and maybe there'd be one more interview or an offer. Instead, they suggested a freelance project that was 6-7 weeks long as a test to see whether it was a good fit. I understand the benefits of trial projects for everyone involved, but they usually have a deadline of a couple days or weeks at most. A long-term project definitely wasn't what I was looking for when applying for a full-time position. However, it was a nice, professional interview process overall, and I'd still be open to working there.
