The interview process was very interesting. Initial talk with the software engineering manager went well. The next step was to do a design challenge. This was good and interesting, but took a little bit of time. This was followed by a final interview with a panel of engineers from the team. This went OK I think. Immediately after that call was a call with HR - this is where it got weird. They said that they were very interested in me and had fast tracked me through the process, and were wondering if I had any questions about benefits. It wasn't a sales pitch, just like ask us questions. I'm not sure, but I think maybe I failed to have low benefit standards or something in this part because even though I was 'fast-tracked' and they wanted to me to begin as soon as possible - they never ended up getting back to me with an offer... Bizarre and unprofessional
