      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Motive Power (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2017

      Interview

1 interview with recruiting agency, 2 interviews with MP. The first MP interview was near a client's site with one of MP consultant. It was a very casual meet and greet at a coffee shop. We talked about my professional background, what I can bring into the company and pretty much figuring out if my skill set meets the the company's needs. I was excited to have made it to the next round - which was just two days later at MP's headquarter in San Francisco. Once arrived, I met more great folks and I had the chance to briefly check out their office atmosphere. What shall I say?! It felt amazing! It really reminded me of my jobs overseas, professional, but definitely not uptight. The interview process was fun too - loved it! Well, they probably not so much, since I didn't get the job. It was a panel interview with the entire senior management team and one two regular employees. The main reason for this final interview was to feel out what kind of person I am and if I would be a good addition to the entire team. Like I said - it was fun! Felt like a social get together on an afternoon. I could definitely see myself joining MP and staying there forever. Bottom Line: I will apply for the next vacancy that matches my background! Wanna be a part of this amazing US company with that tasty European flavor ;)
