A set of three algorithmic questions on Codility (timed), followed by two live coding interviews. The process is quite long, a month or two. The Codility test had one easy and two a bit more difficult questions. The hardest thing was understanding the description of the last question since it was very long and confusing, especially with the stress of the clock ticking. On the first live coding interview they ask about your experience and then you do a challenge on Codility. The next stage is live coding only, no questions asked. Not sure if there are any more stages after that. If you enjoy being observed while coding, this is the interview for you. The hiring manager is very nice and gives suggestions. You are allowed to look things up. If you are an anxious person and get brain fog when very nervous, your chances are not at all great.
