Interview process was great, really like that they give you a list of criteria to research and actually present your findings in a presentation. although some of
The questions were repetitive even if context were provided and information was presented to the interviewers it’s almost as if they forgot the questions that they asked or what the presentation/topic was about.

Phase I: Phone Screener
General questions about background, interests, education and experience.
Phase II: Portfolio Review (45 Minutes on video-conference)
Included questions on the research methods theory and accepted practices for ethnographic study. Case studies for 2 projects were discussed in detail which included a summary, my role, problems faced, my rationale behind design decisions and alternatives for practices used. Behavioral questions were asked about team-work and strategies in difficult times in addition to a chat about interests outside of academics.
