Interview
Remote interview with the normal automotive questions about experience and knowledge about the ok industry. Everyone was really friendly and nice. The whole interview was about a hour. It was very informative about the position and task to be performed.

Interview
First off the recruiting lady called, telling me how great of a fit I was for the job, asked me to come in for an interview the next week. At the first interview, everything went great, I was told that I was too experienced for the position I was interviewing for, but they had a senior sales position available that I would be a perfect fit for. I was told I would meet with the Sales Manager if he liked my resume and report. When I got the call for the second interview, I went in and it really seemed like they were not interested in hiring anyone.
The gentleman was not interested in anything that was being said, he might as well have been checking his facebook with how much he checked his computer. He was overall rude and condescending, then told me I was in no way qualified for the senior sales position and that I would have to take a pay cut to work there. I left and scored a higher paying job at a competitor.
