The worse application process I've been a part of. After being told I did well in the assessment centre, I was rejected due to my current location. I followed up for further clarity and I had a teams meeting with the hiring manager. I informed them I was willing to relocate and they told me they would get back to me soon. Months go past and still nothing. After months of delay and multiple follow ups, they still kept delaying an update for me! At least have the decency to give a clear update when promised!

Structured process consisting of different tasks to see how you approached/solved problems both individually and as a team. This was then followed by a 20/30 minute individual interview at the end.
