Shared CV with recruiter, having previous applied and turned down the opportunity as they were unable to get an offer out to me before another company did, but I was still very keen to work for them so reapplied 18 months later. Attended exploratory interview with Senior Manager, excellent feedback provided back to me afterwards. Was then asked to attend another interview, and this interview was cancelled via email 2 hours before taking place. No further feedback provided other than they had only just realised my salary expectations and didn't have a role at that level for me. Bizarre experience and very bad taste left regards their internal communication.
