We discussed the key responsibilities of the role, and I had the opportunity to ask questions about the team, company culture, and progression opportunities. The interviewer responded openly, giving me a good impression of the working environment and expectations. There were also a few scenario-based questions, where I was asked how I would handle certain situations related to customer service, prioritisation, and communication—especially in multilingual settings, which aligns with my background.
