Interview was throughout the day. Had a written interview and then group tasks. The top candidates from the two tasks were then selected for the one on one interview. Was a positive environment

Three stage interview: HR, Hiring Manager; Unit Director, VP. General questions first, then more about experience and finally how I approach the problems facing the firm. The interview process was intense but generally manageable.
