After applying online, I was contacted by the HR who offered a few dates to connect on Zoom. I choose the earliest. I had the first 30 min interview with HR. About 3 weeks later I was given a second interview with the department via Zoom. Four people were on the call. One was enthusiastic for me, one was neutral, one seemed apprehensive, while another was busy doing other things. They asked about my previous work and video reel. After this interview, I was informed about 3 weeks later that another candidate was chosen.
