I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Mount Sinai Health System
Interview
Very laid back and informative. Asked the basic behavioral questions, offered a scenario or two, and provided a lot of information about the role. Spent the majority of the interview asking about my resume and different experiences I had listed. I was able to discuss and/or clarify specific experiences as they walked through the resume.

Hiring process depends on your team, but 1:1 screening call with the hiring manager and on-site back-to-back panel interview with the rest of the team. The panels included a peer culture fit interview and interview with physicians you'd be working with.

There were 2 steps to the process:

Interview
Smooth! 1:1 with the manager and panel interview with the team which is more back to back. You meet with everyone and answer more peer culture fit questions and may meet the Director.
