Phone interview was pretty in-depth and a few scenario questions , in-person interview was pretty comfortable but was also done with four branch managers, after the two interviews I got the phone call offering me the position the following day.

I went in for a one on one interview then they did a second interview with a group where they have you do roll playing with each other. The first interview was short but the second was two hours long.
