Interview
The interview involved a two stage process, firstly with a junior member of HR who asked a series of competency based questions and the second stage interview included a panel of 3 who asked the same questions. The job description was not clearly defined at the get go. The entire interview process was all up in the air and relayed mixed messages

Question 1
I was presented with an unexpected Excel test which was quite unrealistic as a lot was expected in a short space of time and relevant to actual job. This was unfair in the sense that as I had not worked for a while, I could have done with an opportunity to recap if I was told in advance.
