I interviewed at Mouser Electronics (Arlington, TX)
Interview
Don’t let these people waste your time
The recruiter reached out to me about a position. I didn’t apply for it, so they clearly lacked willing applicants. I said I’d speak with the group manager, because why not.
The manager spoke with me and moved me on to the “next round” of the interview: 2.5-hour Codility test and you can’t use your own IDE. This was an absurd proposal, especially for a certain-to-be downgrade in compensation and overall career status. So, I blew it off....
A couple of weeks later, the recruiter e-mailed me (I blocked this person’s number due to the volume of untimely calls) and said the manager wanted me to come in for an interview. I almost successfully blew it off, but at the 11th hour I caved and said okay. The recruiter “forgot” to mention that I’d still have to take the Codility test... So, I logged in later that week, spent about 15 minutes on the 2.5-hour test and got back to my basketball game. And, what do you know.... at the last minute, something “came up” and they needed to reschedule my interview for “a later date”. An interview, you’ll recall, that I didn’t even want.
These people are amateurs all around. Don’t waste your time on them if you didn’t initiate contact with them.

Question 1
How do you resolve problems? (Really dumb question that was asked TWICE)
