I gave my resume and cover letter in-person, while also applying online. I was offered an over-the-phone interview roughly a week after I applied, and then an in-person interview a week after my over-the-phone interview. Questions were mostly situational.

3 stages...not bad. Last stage wasn't necessary. The interviewers were very pleasant though. So many scenario-based questions, especially in the 2nd stage. Was also taken to the changeroom to identify what looked good and what didn't.
