I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Movement Consulting Group (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2017
Interview
The first round took a grand total of about 10 minutes before I was offered an on-sight interview right after for a second round. A few days later they offered me a third round interview, followed by an offer. I happily accepted the offer, and was told that they would contact me during the first week of May (which was the month I graduated from college since the job offer was given to me in March). Once May came, they never contacted me. After reaching out for two straight weeks, they refused to answer the phone or return any of my messages. It doesn't seem like a real or worthwhile company would engage in these kind of behaviors after offering someone a job.

Interview
It was really quick. I was basically just asked why I want to work there and what I am looking for in a company. Then she explained what the job would consist of.

Interview
The interview process was very quick and easy. It began with a first round interview where they asked you little about yourself and more about how you would feel working with the nature of their company. The second round interview involved an "on-sight" shadowing and then another round of questions where they again asked very little about your experience and more about whether or not you would feel comfortable doing the kind of work they do. A third round was similar to the first round.
